Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us right away, so we can work together towards resolving the issue.

  • Please read descriptions, measurements and size directions carefully, we do our best to provide accurate photos and fully describe each item clearly but because each item is hand made there might be slight variations from the picture. 

  • Custom orders and personalized jewelry are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. We are sure you understand! However, we will work with you to try and resolve any issue you may have.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges on resized rings.

  •  Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. 

  • Return shipping charges remain the responsibility of the buyer.

  • Item and box must be unused and unworn and in the exact condition as received for refund or exchange.

  • Items produced specifically on request and custom-sized rings are non refundable and cannot be exchanged. We strongly suggest getting sized at a jewelry store before ordering to avoid this. 

  • We are always happy to work on a custom order, however, there will be no returns or exchange for custom made items.


Most custom made to order jewelry is not returnable for a full refund. However, If Approved: 

  • Customer must notify shop within 48 hours of receipt

  • Customer pays shipping plus 15% restocking fee

  • Jewelry MUST be in new, unworn, unaltered condition

  • Item must be returned/shipped within 14 days, tracking and insurance preferred

  • Unusual situations will be handled on a case by case basis. Please contact us with any concerns.

  • Rings made to size, are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

  • Shipping is non refundable

  • Hand engraved, personalized items, custom orders and personalized jewelry are not eligible for return.


Stock items orders ship within 3-5 business days of payment received.
Custom orders ship within 14-30 business days of payment received.

DHL / Fedex 
We highly recommend using the DHL / Fedex shipping - the package is trackable, insured and should arrive within 2-3 business days. The cost is different for each item - please contact us for details.

For uninsured items you should choose EMS - Fast delivery and the package is trackable, without insurance. 
Estimated delivery time: 3-6 business days. 
*Insurance will cost about 5% extra (from item's price) - please contact us if you want to add it and for more details.

Eco Post
The package is trackable, without insurance. 
Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days. 

Registered Mail
The package is trackable, without insurance. 
Estimated delivery time: 14-30 business days.


Are import duties, taxes and charges included in the item price or shipping cost?

Any customs, Import duties, taxes or other fees are the full responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We have no way of knowing how much taxes they will be charging you. 
Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying. Still we've had great luck with packages arriving safely and on time.


UK Customers:
Please be advised that purchases coming into the UK are charged a 20% VAT when the cost of the item is over £15. There is also an £8 handling fee from the UK post office. They are pretty strict on it and few escape this tax.

How long is the making process time?

Each item is made to order. The estimated time for the making process is 4-6 weeks business days.



The estimated time for delivery is 2-5 business days.

Ring Size ?

I cannot accept returns for custom size rings.

Please DO NOT simply guess your ring size. DO Visit a professional jeweler or a jewelry counter to have your finger sized. Keep in mind that the width of the ring will also influence how the ring fits, so it is best to know how wide you want your ring to be before visiting the jeweler.

Lay-Away Orders:

We are happy to arrange a lay away payment plan for items totaling over $400. Contact us for details. Item must be paid in full before shipping.

Lay away payments are accepted on an agreed upon schedule to be preferably not more than 3 payments total. Longer payment schedules can be arranged for higher priced gold and diamond items.
